1. Agreement and coverage

These Terms and Conditions govern access to Vamsi’s Corner at vamsimarripudi.me/corner, including public posts, member registration, bookmarked content, reactions, comments and owner-managed Studio features. Using the site means you agree to follow the rules that apply to your activity.

The Corner is an independent personal publication by Vamsi Marripudi. It is not presented here as an employer, payment service, professional consultancy or social network. Other projects linked from the site may have separate governing documents.

These Terms work with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Terms of Use, Viewership Policy and Community Guidelines. If a specific policy addresses a more specific activity, read that policy together with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and access

Public stories may generally be browsed without registration. Account creation and other features requiring verified email are designed for adults aged 18 or older, subject to applicable law. You must provide details that you are authorized to use and maintain the security of your own credentials.

Account registration may be temporarily disabled; approval of an email address or member account does not confer Studio, publishing, moderation or ownership privileges. The owner controls whether specific features are available.

3. Member and Studio accounts

A member can maintain a private profile, submit permitted comments, manage their own bookmarks and choose optional account updates. Staff roles such as moderator and editor are assigned separately and only with owner authorization.

Never share an authentication session, one-time code or recovery credential with another person. You are responsible for activity taking place through a session you have knowingly exposed, without limiting any rights you have under consumer or privacy law.

The operator may restrict, suspend or revoke access for material violations, security threats, suspected abuse or lawful requests. Where reasonable, an affected user can contact the operator to request an explanation or review.

4. Site content and publication

Written stories, photographs, graphics, projects, branding and other original materials remain owned by their respective creators or licensors. Viewing a published work does not transfer its copyright or grant an unlimited redistribution license.

A personal opinion, future idea, roadmap, unfinished project or illustrative demonstration should not be treated as a promise of availability, investment performance or professional suitability. Public material may be corrected, updated, archived or removed without preserving every earlier version.

5. Comments, feedback and submitted information

A user who submits content represents that the content is lawful, accurate to the best of their knowledge and not an infringement of someone else's rights or privacy. Do not submit contact details, copyrighted images, confidential records or allegations about third parties without appropriate authority.

By making an intentionally public submission, you permit the operator to store, moderate, format and display that contribution within the Corner service for the purposes for which it was provided. You retain whatever intellectual-property rights you lawfully hold; this limited permission is not a sale or broad commercial assignment.

Submissions may be hidden, rejected or removed for safety, quality, spam prevention, lawful complaints or violation of these Terms. A published comment may continue to appear until a legitimate moderation or rights process is completed.

6. Proper use and limitations

Do not attempt to bypass account authorization, scrape private records, interfere with rate limits, attack the service, impersonate a member, manipulate engagement metrics or use the Corner to harass, defraud or mislead people.

Reasonable browsing, linking and permitted quotation are welcome. Use of software tools, APIs, bulk downloads or commercial republication may require prior permission, and technical restrictions must not be bypassed.

You must also follow the separate Community Guidelines where comments, guestbook submissions or other user contributions are enabled.

7. Availability, changes and suspension

The publication is provided on a best-efforts basis. Features may be unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity, security incidents, storage failures, broken third-party links or a change in the author's publishing priorities.

There is no subscription price or purchase entitlement for simply viewing Corner content under these Terms. No refund provision is implied for a feature or payment that is not offered.

If paid products or services are introduced later, appropriate commercial terms, pricing and refund information must be separately provided before any transaction.

8. Warranties and limits

Content is provided for general information, reflection and educational discussion. The operator makes reasonable efforts to maintain a usable site but cannot warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free text or fitness for every use.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses caused by relying on a personal post or an external resource. Nothing in these Terms excludes legal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights arising from mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory protections.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable Indian law, without displacing mandatory rules that apply to a visitor in another jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised through the grievance contact so they can be addressed without unnecessary escalation.

Nothing in this clause prevents access to a court, statutory grievance mechanism or regulator where mandatory law grants that right.

10. Revisions and contact

Updated Terms will display a new review date. Material changes affecting an account's agreed obligations may require an appropriate notice or renewed acceptance where law requires.
