1. Original works and licensed materials
Unless otherwise credited or licensed, the original article text, editorial layout, original illustrations, brand elements and compilations published on Corner belong to their creator or legitimate rights holder. Third-party images, software, marks and linked resources retain their own owners and licenses.
The presence of an asset on a public page does not mean it has been placed in the public domain or licensed for unrestricted reproduction.
2. Linking, quotations and fair uses
Linking to a published article is generally permitted. Short attributed quotations, personal research, criticism, review or other uses allowed by applicable copyright law may also be permitted; the scope depends on the facts, the nature of the material and the relevant jurisdiction.
Full-text reposting, removal of attribution, sale of another creator's photographs or rebranding the Corner mark are not automatically permitted.
3. Permission requests
For reuse beyond a lawful exception, email connect@vamsimarripudi.me with the exact material, intended purpose, platform, territories and duration. Written permission, if given, may contain limits or attribution requirements.
A lack of response should not be treated as an authorization.
4. Reporting suspected infringement
A rights holder or duly authorized representative may contact connect@vamsimarripudi.me with: the URL of the alleged infringing material; identification of the original protected work; a description of ownership or authority; contact information; and a good-faith explanation of the requested correction or removal.
If the request involves particularly sensitive content, provide a minimal reference and ask for a safe channel to share further evidence. Do not include passwords or unnecessary identification records.
5. Review and response
The operator may seek clarification, remove or restrict the questioned material, add attribution, replace an asset, retain material where lawful or decline an unsupported claim. A repeat or urgent problem may be prioritized.
Removal of an item from a live page does not always remove copies already cached by independent search engines or other websites, and recovery backups may take time to expire.
6. Responding to a disputed request
If your content was removed based on a suspected error, you can send an explanation and evidence of your rights or permission to the same email. A counterstatement does not automatically compel immediate reposting.
This is a practical notice-and-review process, not a claim of registration as a statutory US DMCA agent or an alternative to any court or lawful governmental order.
7. Brand marks and names
The Vamsi’s Corner name and VM. mark identify this personal publication. Using them in a way that misrepresents origin, affiliation or endorsement is not permitted without authorization, subject to ordinary lawful reference and nominative use.
